Registrant Cancellations and Substitutions

By registering, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations received 10 business days or more prior to the course are subject to a $95.00 administrative fee. Participant substitutions or requests to reschedule received prior to this time frame are accepted with no penalty. Cancellations received less than 10 business days before the course, including failure to attend, are subject to the full session fee plus a $95.00 administrative fee. Participant substitutions or requests to reschedule received 7–10 business days before the course are subject to a $95.00 administration fee.

Requests for substitutions or rescheduling received less than 7 business days before the course are considered cancellations and are subject to the applicable cancellation fees outlined above.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with two business days' notice. In such circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.

Registration begins at 8:15 a.m.

When you arrive on the day of the course, our trainers will greet you, provide you with your

course materials, and orient you to the training facility. You'll want to take this opportunity to

meet other course participants. Introduce yourself and make a new friend! For most course

sessions, we begin at 8:30 a.m. and usually wrap up by 4:30 p.m. Tape recording. Courses are

copyrighted by Wilkens health and Safety Solutions. No unauthorized audio or video recording

is permitted.
