Claudia brings with her a strong background in the Customer Service and Retail industry, having held various management positions in the retail sector.

Rosanna began her work with Wilkens Health and Safety Solutions as Program Assistant in March 2022, and is currently working as a Manual Editor. Working for a non-profit in the recreational sector for more than 17 years, her experience includes activity instruction (think: archery, low ropes group facilitation and indoor climbing), health and safety training, grant writing, lifeguarding and running an industrial kitchen.

Curious by nature she has taken courses in HTML, Proofreading and Health & Safety. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biology from Redeemer University. Much of her time with the non-profit was spent in administration: she worked to ensure smooth client registration, did a good deal of wordsmithing and was the friendly voice on the other end of the phone.

Rosanna comes to the field of Health and Safety having served as a Joint Health and Safety Committee worker representative and having helped to strengthen the health and safety program for her former employer. She is keen to assist clients of Wilkens Health and Safety Solutions to implement or update their own Health & Safety programs. She holds current certification as a Joint Health & Safety Committee member.

Rosanna enjoys researching, relishes camping with her family and can't resist a good pun.
