Event Description

Outcomes of MHFA training:

• Significantly greater recognition of the most common mental health illnesses and problems
• Decreased social distance from people with mental health illnesses or problems
• Increased confidence in providing help to others
• Demonstrated increase in helpful actions

 

The course will be held on November 28 and 29 at Wilkens Health & Safety Solutions, located at 2225 Middle Road, Kingston, ON, K7L 4V3. The cost of the course is $225 + HST per participant. The course fee includes all training materials as well as lunch and refreshments.

In order to run the course, we will require a minimum of eight (8) participants to register. Please also remember our cancellation policy, if you or your employee is unable to attend, after registration, we require seven days’ notice before the course date, in order to refund or re-register you.
